Polypropylene (PP) is valued for its light weight, chemical resistance and flexibility, making it a popular choice across countless applications — but it's notoriously difficult to print due to poor bed adhesion and a strong tendency to warp. Magigoo PP was developed specifically to solve this, tested across a range of polypropylene filament brands to deliver reliable first-layer adhesion during printing, while still releasing cleanly once the bed cools.

Shake the bottle for 3–5 seconds. Press the nib against the cold build plate to activate the spring valve. Spread one thin stripe back and forth — the goal is even coverage, not thickness.
No drying time needed. Print according to your filament manufacturer's recommendations. Start from the lower end of the range and increase in 5°C steps to dial in adhesion.
Let the bed cool completely — the part becomes easier to remove after cooling, usually within 30 minutes of finishing the print.

Magigoo PP contains components that can cause eye damage on contact. We recommend wearing gloves and avoiding contact with eyes when applying. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
If a part or brim remains stuck, gently work a small amount of water underneath it to help release the adhesive. If the brim is still attached, carefully peel it away first with a print removal tool before lifting the part.
The most common cause is bed temperature being too low. Try increasing in 5–10°C increments until you find the sweet spot. Also check:
Bed is likely too hot. Decrease the bed temperature in 5–10°C increments. Elephant's foot (where the first few layers bulge out) usually disappears once you find the right temperature.
This usually happens when the bottle was squeezed instead of pressed. The applicator is designed to release product only when the nib is pressed down. Just push it back firmly — it should snap back into place.
